Neville is a seasoned technical leader and entrepreneur with over a decade of experience building scalable enterprise software products and leading high-performing engineering organizations. As CTO of Ethyca, he brings deep expertise in privacy engineering, enterprise SaaS development, and the technical leadership required to scale infrastructure products in regulated environments.
Neville's career spans early-stage startup innovation through post-acquisition integration at scale, and he is widely respected for his ability to translate complex product requirements into elegant, maintainable software systems. His hands-on engineering background, combined with leadership of engineering teams at every stage of maturity, makes him exceptionally qualified to lead Ethyca’s product and technical vision.

Leads technical strategy and engineering execution for Ethyca’s privacy infrastructure platform. Oversees a distributed product and engineering team building automated tools for privacy compliance, including developer-first APIs for data mapping, subject request fulfillment, and policy enforcement.

Following the acquisition of Pathgather, led the combined engineering organization at Degreed, managing over 100 engineers across multiple teams. Oversaw integration of product platforms and continued scaling of enterprise-grade SaaS offerings for a global user base.

Founding engineering leader of Pathgather, an enterprise learning and development platform used by Fortune 500 companies. Scaled the product from MVP through full enterprise deployment and built the engineering team from the ground up. Played a critical role in product-market fit and technical architecture, culminating in the company’s successful acquisition by Degreed.
